R.J. will work to see that citizens and neighborhoods are presented with a variety of transportation choices and then give them the opportunity to debate and rank the alternatives according to what is most appropriate for their communities and the city.

LRT is being imposed on some neighborhoods and being denied to others without any opportunity for significant local public debate or any requirement for neighborhood approval.
