R.J. hopes to share half of any increases in property taxes that are derived from increases in property values due to redevelopments within a given neighborhood with the community league where the redevelopments are located.

Local neighbourhoods currently have limited access to funds and few resources to actively pursue neighborhood renewal, offer new services, or improve their existing services.
