R.J. will support building more affordable accommodations by supporting the modification of zoning regulations to give homeowners of existing bungalows - with detached garages – the default option of rebuilding their garages with Caregiver/Student/Singles suites above vehicular bays.

Current zoning regulations make reasonable scale redevelopments more difficult than necessary.
