R.J. will work to distribute more authority, zoning responsibility, and funding to elected members of local community leagues and all elected members of any community associations that become established in commercial/industrial districts of the city.

At most only 2.5% of Edmontonians voted in favour of any one of our current councilors. Yet, these “minority mandated” councilors continually make decisions affecting 100% of the city’s people.  Edmontonians are vastly under represented.
